My goal is to become a healthy, energetic woman, full of life so I will be an example and inspiration to others of how a healthy, raw diet can turn an overweight person into the poster child for health.

My personal health wish is for my body to be clean, energized, and whole, inside and out, as befits a temple of the divine spirit. To become strong, invigorated, flexible, supple, and as age-defying as possible, and thus to have the energy and body-confidence I need to create a more permanently active, adventurous lifestyle.

I want to overcome my debilitating fatigue so I can function again in life and help others. I also want to bring awareness to and inspire family members with serious health challenges to change their diet… bipolar sister who cannot function in life, Mom with MS and Dad with ulcerative colitis that are very limiting and encroaching on their lives.

My biggest health wish… To be able to hear and listen to everything my body is trying to say. When I had my two children I never took any pain medication even in the days after because I always said that pain is the way my body was telling me what I could and could not do. Now that I am so interested in nutrition my body has so much more to say that I never knew!

I wish to be the change I want to see in the world!
By this I mean to heal my body with natural sources of food and show those around me how easy & simple it can be.

My biggest personal health wish is to help my family members and friends understand how important it is to get back to natures unprocessed foods in order for them to heal their bodies from cirrhosis of the liver, pancreatic cancer, high blood pressure, allergies, diabetes and many other ailments they are dealing with. I feel they are beginning to understand but it’s hard for people to give up comfort foods and a lifetime of poor eating habits. If I can educate them further and give them the tools needed to make better choices then they can learn how to heal themselves and not be dependent on drugs and procedures that can possibly cause them more harm.
