My biggest challenge is to keep eating healthy and clean food! And on top of that I’m fighting with pcos, which means there a lot of food I love I have to avoid in order to ‘overcome’ the disease. Raw food is working best for me at the moment especially because it’s hard for my body to digest processed food. That’s why I would love to win and get a chance to get a insight in your books and build a good fundament on eating healthy

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is myself. I get discouraged easily even when people point out that am losing weight it makes me uncomfortable. I guess because I think that they must be noticing my every move– paranoid i guess– but i don’t like to be criticized or judged in this part of my life. I have tried weight watchers, and on my own… but i find that what works for me is being aligned with my beliefs so following a vegetarian/vegan diet and moving as i feel comfortable.

My biggest challenge is maintaining consistency – it so rewarding to eat clean, and raw, but it does require effort, and at the end of a long, tiring day, it is easy to fall off the wagon…..
That said, your recipes are quite helpful and I thank you for your presence on the web.

My biggest challenge is being the only vegetarian in the house so I cook for everyone else and it has become easier for me to eat junk. I have tried some raw desserts, that I really enjoyed, but others didn’t (it wasn’t the normal food)

Being from the northern rural Midwest I have a difficult time finding a nice variety of fresh veggies and fruits. Most are the old standards lettuce, celery, tomatoes and maybe a seasonal fruit or veggie treat once in a while. It is easy to get bored eating the same things day to day, making it a temptation to go to something less healthy at times. I’ve been following your newsletter for a while now and enjoy the recipes and information you provide. Thanks!

my biggest challenge has been affording it! I would love to be able to juice fast; and have all these raw treats, and having boxes of mangoes to delve int everyday; but being in the UK we don’t get many vegetables that are juicy! no young coconuts and everything is a lot more expensive (even juicers!) but I eat raw everyday about 60-90% some days even 100% without intention; I love it, I’m radiating

I have been experimenting with Raw for over 10 years now, and I can say that my challenge vacillates between cost and time.

Additionally, to prepare raw cashew butter or sprouted nut crusts, etc. requires a lot of foresight into what I would like to eat in 3 -5 days time and then of course the purchasing of the goods. I find once the “raw materials” are ready to use I’ve lost interest or have no time.

BUT since I started to implement a Vita-mix, I can now make sooo many raw soups with little planning and it certainly helps in the planning and cost department!

I am on my second year of being vegan (I’ve been vegetarian before that) and my only struggle with this is finding the absolute perfect balance of eating the right amount of meals and snacks. Still working on it but I have to say I could never imagine myself eaying and having a different lifestyle now.

My biggest issue is time and energy to prepare.
