My biggest challenge is to not being tempted by sweets and eating as a family. Everyone in our family eats a different dish. My husband, a great home chef, loves his food which is good but not really healthy, my girl eats her dish and then I am eating my raw food… From time to time it drives me crazy and wish I’d just have a fully raw or at least vegan family.

Over time I have noticed that the more healthy I eat the less desire I have for not so nutritious food. Now as I delight in raw food I am hoping that one day I will enjoy a totally raw diet. Growing my own food is helping. Thankyou so much for your wonderful inspiring recipes i always go to rawmazing first as I have never been disappointed and I am often amazed.

I love eating delicious and nutritious food but my biggest challenge is that I have about 12 food allergies that I need to be careful when choosing and preparing food.

I have fibromyalgia and a rare kidney condition. Both are being kept in check by eating raw. I find that when I go back to cooked foods, my digestive tract suffers, inflammation that causes pain increases and I have more crystals formed in y kidney’s and have to pass them, which is painful. I am plain miserable if I don’t eat raw!! For me, variety is the key to staying on the raw diet. I use your site regularly and have tried many of your recipes. I even have my hubby eating raw now!!! Thanks for all the work you have done thinking up recipes, testing them and sharing them with us!!!! To our health!!!

There is so much unhealthy and fake food so readily available (at restaurants, stores, schools, institutions, social functions, etc.) – I would love to see many more concerned health-seekers boldly embrace a healthier lifestyle so that food growers, providers, manufacturers, etc. will continue to take notice and sell healthy products and the world would shift its thinking about REAL FOOD!

I started to change to raw food diet since the release of the book Fit for Life. It has been a huge challenge even when nobody teach you all harm things happen to your body!!! with the time I have been learning many things; products, professional chefs, books, that have helped me and to my family too a lot. Once I started everything comes easily my body is light, homejob, my perspective of life everything.
Thanks every person who makes my life much easy and healthy!!!!!

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is not reverting back to my eating disorder behaviors. When I went raw, it was so hard to find recipes that I liked, but then I found your website. It has been 2 months since going raw, and it has been two months of me being eating disorder behavior free. It is all because of you and this amazing website, thank you so much.
