Rawmazing Cookbook Give-Away!
It’s time for me to say thank you for all your wonderful support. I get so many lovely emails and comments and I just want to let you know how much you all mean to me.
So…I am giving away 3 sets of the Rawmazing Print Cookbooks. Three winners will each receive a copy of “Rawmazing: 130 Simple Raw Recipes for Radiant Health” and “Rawmazing Desserts”.
All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.
Contest is now closed.
The contest will close Sunday, February 15th, 2015 at 10:00 pm pacific time. The winner will be chosen at random and will be posted on Monday morning. You must be 18 or older to enter.
*If you outside of USA, the contest rules that govern where you live will apply.

I guess my biggest challenge would be the money to pay for all the high-quality foods I need to buy to eat the way I need to.

My biggest challenge being healthy is when people become judgmental about why I don’t eat certain things or am the way I am. I start to question why I eat the way I do, but then I have to remember the way my life has changed because of my healthy lifestyle. I use that to keep me going.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is junk food. It’s fast, convenient, and easily accessible. I want to learn to fight the cravings so badly.

Can I say Menopause! LOL! Really, the scatteredness I feel at times leads to disorganization which leads to laziness…but I’m overcoming that with bioidentical hormones! 🙂

I am new to ‘raw’ eating …and my challenge is to ensure I get all necessary nutrients for my marathon training, especially during winter where it is harder to find fresh * organic fruits & veggies. Enjoy your day!

I don’t have a problem eating healthy, it’s getting the time to prepare them sometimes, especially cooking. So, your recipes for these raw foods have proven time efficient easy & health all together. Thank you for what you do. Karen Lacy

My biggest challenge is counteracting the momentum of the habits of the body and emotions: choosing foods that are full of life rather than foods I have tended to choose for consolation.
