KitchenAid 5-Speed Blender Give Away!

This contest has ended.

I couldn’t help myself. I saw a video on how the KitchenAid blender beat both the Vitamix and the Blendtec blenders in a test. Considering it is about 1/4 to 1/3rd the price, I just had to get one and put it through it’s paces. So for the next few days, I will be blending and reporting. And on Friday…because I want you all to know how much I appreciate you, I will be giving it away! (Make sure you read the rules below or your entry won’t count.)

To enter, simply leave a comment in the comment section telling me why you are interested in raw food. It can be as simple as one word, or as long as you like. I will pick a winner on Friday with a random number generator and announce who won on Friday. Entries will close at noon on Friday.

So far, I am pretty darn impressed. This is what I am eating for lunch. Right this minute. Slurp!

I am just starting my raw journey to lose 140+ pounds. I’m currently 290 & a single mom with low income. This product would be a great blessing to help me in my journey.

Good luck to everyone that enters!

    Be blessed

Eating raw not only refreshes my body directly… but also indirectly impacts & betters my mind, spirit, and outlook. 🙂

I would love to learn to eat raw. all the elements are natural and unadulterated not denatured by cooking. It’s the best, fastest way to get nutrients in our bodies.

I have been eating a raw food diet for about 6 months now. I love how eating this way clarifies my thinking and helps me maintain my energy!

Eating raw foods is so simple, as hand to mouth. The benefits are immediate, no waiting period and anyone, I mean anyone can do it. We are our own health insurance, I pay premiums to myself in the form of organic raw foods that will take care of me, and I reap the benefits; rather than the medical and or insurance companies.

Everything in moderation, my grandmother always says. She is 87 and has not needed to go to a doctor HER ENTIRE LIFE! She still drives, climbs trees, etc. She does eat raw food, but she also eats cooked food (which is the only way to access certain nutrients), eggs, milk, fish, chicken, pork, and red meat. She eats a healthy, home cooked, and mostly home-grown diet. I think it is important to understand that some people cannot tolerate a mostly raw diet, their bodies just will not accept it as certain people’s make-ups are not designed for it. That said, I do eat and enjoy about a 60% raw diet. I feel it is an important component, along with fermented foods. Oh, and I really could use a new blender for my morning smoothies!!!

I am dealing with an overgrowth of bad yeast called Candida…eating raw is on my plan for total healing…God directed…this would really help me to achieve that goal…smoothies, especially green are also on my plan to heal…because of this diagnosis, I’ve really gotten into health and what eating right and eating wrong can do to our bodies and the desease it causes…

This would be a tremendous blessing in disguise.

Raw food is God’s real fountain of youth! I just discovered it and it is changing my life. Having the right tools would be great. And I know the more beautiful I become, the more it will influence those around me, too.
