KitchenAid 5-Speed Blender Give Away!

This contest has ended.

I couldn’t help myself. I saw a video on how the KitchenAid blender beat both the Vitamix and the Blendtec blenders in a test. Considering it is about 1/4 to 1/3rd the price, I just had to get one and put it through it’s paces. So for the next few days, I will be blending and reporting. And on Friday…because I want you all to know how much I appreciate you, I will be giving it away! (Make sure you read the rules below or your entry won’t count.)

To enter, simply leave a comment in the comment section telling me why you are interested in raw food. It can be as simple as one word, or as long as you like. I will pick a winner on Friday with a random number generator and announce who won on Friday. Entries will close at noon on Friday.

So far, I am pretty darn impressed. This is what I am eating for lunch. Right this minute. Slurp!

No fancy food photography today. I was hungry. And too excited to get this posted.  Hurry up and enter before I decide to keep this little beauty! If you can’t wait until Friday, you can find one here: KitchenAid 5-Speed Blender

Raw food is the key to true health in our modern society. It is a major bridge to understanding our connection with nature’s gifts given to us for our sustenance and survival. It’s also the most delicious way to eat!

We found out my son had some pretty severe food allergies when he was one. After completely eliminating some foods from our diet a friend suggested we see a chiropractor who eliminates allergies. After a few months of treatment he is allergy free! What we learned thru our chiropractor is life changing. He gave us a few videos (Forks Over Knives being one of them) and we were sold. We adopted a “Whole Foods Plant Based diet” about 5 months ago. I love your blog & the great recipes you share. My son who will be 2 in another week now asks for green smoothies for dinner. It’s priceless the way we’ve been able to change our lives & I’m now sharing this information with everyone I know!

My journey is about the freedom of choice. I am blessed to be able to choose what i put in my body. I continue to grow my awareness and listen to the guidance i gain. Life is art, living art. Any food I eat, is worth preparing. Flavors are for dancing. Living food is for the living. To be engaged in the bliss of being alive is absolutely amazing! To be a participant in the growing, preparing and eating living food, is, indeed RAWMAZING!
