KitchenAid 5-Speed Blender Give Away!

This contest has ended.

I couldn’t help myself. I saw a video on how the KitchenAid blender beat both the Vitamix and the Blendtec blenders in a test. Considering it is about 1/4 to 1/3rd the price, I just had to get one and put it through it’s paces. So for the next few days, I will be blending and reporting. And on Friday…because I want you all to know how much I appreciate you, I will be giving it away! (Make sure you read the rules below or your entry won’t count.)

To enter, simply leave a comment in the comment section telling me why you are interested in raw food. It can be as simple as one word, or as long as you like. I will pick a winner on Friday with a random number generator and announce who won on Friday. Entries will close at noon on Friday.

So far, I am pretty darn impressed. This is what I am eating for lunch. Right this minute. Slurp!

I feel best when I eat mostly raw foods. Our bodies need it unlike processed garbage!

I eat raw to feel alive. Dead food makes me feel heavy and sluggish.

I am interested in raw foods because I recently went Vegan and I think the two go hand in hand as part of a whole foods, plant based diet. There is nothing quite like fresh fruit and veggies from the garden/farmers market.

It makes my body feel good, encourages a positive relationship with my food, and sets me up for healthy eating for days to come!

I am interested in raw foods because my little boy was tentatively diagnosed with autism and after doing tons of research (cause I knew next to nothing about it) I found that changing his diet could help. I’ve been making tons of green smoothies with a $15 grocery store blender and now my baby is talking, hugging me and tells me he loves me. No one can believe it. God is so good! This is why I’m interested in raw.

The processed food industry is killing us. I learned in college that artificial flavoring included 27 pages of ingredients I could not pronounce. Hummmm… I am about 85-90% raw and I feel great! I just burned up my current blender!
