KitchenAid 5-Speed Blender Give Away!
This contest has ended.

I couldn’t help myself. I saw a video on how the KitchenAid blender beat both the Vitamix and the Blendtec blenders in a test. Considering it is about 1/4 to 1/3rd the price, I just had to get one and put it through it’s paces. So for the next few days, I will be blending and reporting. And on Friday…because I want you all to know how much I appreciate you, I will be giving it away! (Make sure you read the rules below or your entry won’t count.)

To enter, simply leave a comment in the comment section telling me why you are interested in raw food. It can be as simple as one word, or as long as you like. I will pick a winner on Friday with a random number generator and announce who won on Friday. Entries will close at noon on Friday.

So far, I am pretty darn impressed. This is what I am eating for lunch. Right this minute. Slurp!

No fancy food photography today. I was hungry. And too excited to get this posted. Hurry up and enter before I decide to keep this little beauty! If you can’t wait until Friday, you can find one here: KitchenAid 5-Speed Blender
Ginger Peach Strawberry Smoothy
serves 2
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1-inch piece of ginger
1. Place all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend away.
How did the blender do with this recipe? Great. The only thing I had to do that I wouldn’t have had to do with the Vitamix (because it has a plunger) is stop and push it down once or twice. It blended smoothly….even the entire orange.

Raw food to me is like 2+2=4, there’s no doubt this is the way we have to eat for living healthier and happier, and that makes a better world for us, for animals, and for nature. What else could we ask? ^_^

Who could make a better food than Our Creator?! Raw, whole foods is the way He wants us all to eat and blending makes it SO much easier! I love making Green Smoothies for my boys: kale, spinach, brussel sprouts, water, fresh or frozen fruit, avocado, chia seeds, nut milk, cacao powder or Juice Plus+ Complete powder, real vanilla…they love it and I love they are getting so many F & V in one meal!!!

I love real raw food. Thanks for all the recipes and ideas.
The only time I feel completely satisfied, to my soul, is when it is fresh, raw and right out of mother nature’s grab bag.

Raw food not only changed my life, but most likely SAVED my life. A family history of massive heart attacks by the age of 60, plus a thyroid condition Dr.said could only be “fixed” with medicine, and a total burn out with Adrenal Fatigue, all opened my eyes to Raw Living Food and a new healthy way of eating and living. IT WORKED! Adrenals are healed, no thyroid meds, and at 61, am still being told I look like 40:) Rawmazing has helped in many ways with creative, fun, interesting, and yummy raw recipes! Thanks!!!
P.S. NEED A BLENDER!!!
