“Raw and Simple Detox” BOOK GIVE-AWAY!!!

I am super excited about this give-away. I have loved Judita Wignal for years now. She is a radiant soul and her latest book, Raw & Simple Detox is a shining example of her dedicated work.

“Raw and Simple Detox,  A Delicious Body Reboot for Health, Energy and Weight Loss” has everything you need for a gentle detox. Judita’s desire is to “Introduce the benefits of juice fasting while still maintaining a somewhat regular diet.” She believes that you can still eat delicious food while helping your body to cleanse and rest. I think she accomplishes this beautifully in her book.

There are two steps to her detox. Step one is to eliminate the foods and toxic chemicals that cause disease. Step two is set-up to give your a digestion a rest and “flood your body with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and immune-boosting, and age-defying phyto nutrients.

She includes a section on the specifics of a raw detox that even includes how to reduce your exposure to toxins at home. There is a section on stocking your kitchen that even includes a basic shopping list. And she hasn’t forgotten to include a section on kitchen tools.

You will learn detoxing techniques such as mild exercise, dry skin brushing and saunas, and then you get to launch into her wonderful plans and recipes.

Judita includes a low sugar 7-day detox plan and a low-fat 7 day detox plan. She even includes instructions on how to detox in the winter. Her recipes include: Detoxifying Juices, Smoothies, Tonics and Elixirs, Soups, Salads, Sweet and Savory Mains, Treats and Dips, Sauces and Spreads. Quite an array of recipes and a lot of delicious ones to choose from. Not to mention it is really a beautiful book, too! Judita’s husband did the photography and I will say, he did an excellent job.     I would like to win this book, because as a teenage raw vegan, it’s very hard to support and do the research for my meals required for this lifestyle. I do have to buy my own food, so I don’t think I can buy books either, since I have a small income (since I’m a minor). Hopefully, this book will further motivate me, inspire me, and give me great recipes to try!

    I would absolutely LOVE to win this book.
    I am relatively new to raw plant based eating and incredibly inspired by it.
    The beautiful flavours and colours are wonderful and I find it so satisfying to cook nutritious food for myself and my family that not only energises us but also doesn`t hurt any animals in the process.
    I truly believe this diet is the future and would love to win the book to learn some new and exciting recipes.

    I would like to win, to learn new things on how to maintain my health.I started to eat healthy vegan and mostly raw, 3 years ago ,when I had some health problems .I am i terested in everything new on the subject ever since.I love your site and the receipes you post.They are an excellent source of inspiration for me

    I need to be re-educated on my eating habits, having fallen foul of stress eating over the last few years. Husband has Parkinson’s Disease, (hence my stress eating!) and this book would help me provide good, clean nutrition for him too, which would help manage his condition. Come on random number generator, Jane would love this book!
