Grain Grinder and Flaker Give Away!

If you enjoyed the “How to Make Raw Flaked Oats” post, you will love this give-away! It is a grain grinder and grain flaker just for you so you can make your own raw sprouted oat flakes and other raw sprouted flours and flakes!

This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

To enter the contest, just leave a comment telling us why you are eating healthy and also approximately what percentage of raw food you eat.  You can only enter once and the contest closes on Thursday, May 16th at 9:00 am PST. The winner will be chosen by a random number generator. You must answer the questions for your entry to count.

This really IS rawmazing! What a wonderful tool to have in a kitchen that’s 50% raw! (mine…:) I’d bet that if I had this tool, I’d be able to create some really tasty treats. I’ve been into healthy since 1992 – when it wasn’t so “trendy”. But I’ve always said, eating healthy is MY health insurance. It’s been great to me. Keep up the good work. Great promo. Good luck everyone!

Thank you for the give-away. I am working on eating healthy to become healthy. I am up to about 50-60% raw, it is not an easy transition but I am working on it.

This would be a great addition to our kitchen. We are trying to eat healthier…we are older parents with a 5 yo, 4yo and a 9 month old. We have to stay healthy to keep up with them! I am also enjoying teaching my kids about healthy eating. We eat some raw…. trying to do more. We also just found out our 5yo needs to stay away from egg and dairy!

My family is eating healthier for our health, we are trying to heal our bodies. I would love to be able to make my own oat and rye flakes, I know that when I buy them already rolled that they have lost a lot of nutritional value. Normally we eat 70-90% raw. Thanks for a chance to win such an awesome machine!

I’ve just began my raw journey. I must gather more tools to really get going. I have your Rawmazing book I’ve been showing neighbors to get started. I’m currently at approx,,, 25% raw foods.
Thank you for all you do!

Since finding your website, I have learned so much about eating raw. I have known the health benefits of eating raw, but the recipes you have shared are simply rawmazing! We eat about 50% raw and feel so much better and healthier. We do a lot of juicing and keep pushing to eat more raw foods. Thank you for your inspiration!

My family and I grow our own food and eat as much as we can from what we produce. It’s best for us, our CSA members and the environment. We probably eat about 85% raw and do so for a variety of reasons, but mainly because it just makes us feel better all around. 🙂

I eat raw simply because it makes me feel better throughout the day. I have IBS and find anything that makes me feel better GI wise is good thing to stick with. I still have a long way to go because I think I’m around 40-50% raw. I bought you book about 4 months ago and have been trying to add more raw meal options into our diet. thank you for your blog. The grain mill/flaker looks awesome : )

60% of my diet has been raw since August 2012. Therefore, I’m a newbie raw foodie! The grain grider and flaker would be a great additon to my new lifestyle!
